Why Wilson's Home Help?

Hello, I'm Chloe, the founder of Wilson's Home Help. I started this service beacuse I've seen firsthand how everyday tasks can become difficult without a helping hand. A family member of mine lives independently, but ther are things they need help with--like cutting the lawn, moving furniture, or cleaning out cupboards. Helping them made me think about others who might not have nearby family or support.


Wilson's Home Help was created to offer trustworthy, friendly assistance to anyone who needs it--not just the elderly, but also busy families, people living with disabilities, and those managing mental health challenges. Everyone deserves support to feel comfortable and confident in their own home, and that's exactly what we're here to provide.

 

About me 

With a strong foundation in customer service and a heartfelt passion for helping others, I began my career at just 17, where i discoved the joy of connecting with people and supporting their needs. Prior to that, I gained valuable experience in the cleaning industry, which taught me the importance of care, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming environment.


After taking time away from the workforce to start and nurture my own family, I returned to the customer service field with a renewed perspective and deeper empathy. My personal experiences have strengthened my belief that feeling safe and comfortable at home is essential to overall well-being. I'm passionate about helping others create spaces where they feel truly at ease--without fear of judgement.

Certified Training

To support my mission, I've completed a range of professional training to deepen my understanding and better support each client's unique needs, ensuring thoughtful, personalized care every step of the way. I continue to expand my knowledge and certifications as I grow within the company, making certain that I provide informed, respectful, and person-centered care at all times. I am also fully DBS checked, giving you peace of mind that your home is in safe and trustworthy hands.
